1. Service Scope
Neepanlok Drycleaners provides laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, stain removal, curtain washing, shoe cleaning, and commercial laundry services in Faridabad.
2. Order Placement
Orders can be placed via phone, WhatsApp, or online booking. Accurate details regarding pickup location, delivery address, and garment types must be provided.
3. Pickup & Delivery
We offer free pickup and delivery within selected areas. Time slots are scheduled as per availability. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).
4. Garment Handling
We take the utmost care in handling your clothes. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Fragile embellishments
- Shrinkage or color bleeding for non-colorfast garments
Customers are advised to inform us of delicate or high-value items.
5. Stain Removal
We aim to remove all stains, but full removal cannot be guaranteed in all cases, especially with older or chemical stains.
6. Loss or Damage
In rare cases of loss or irreversible damage caused during service, compensation will be limited to a maximum of 5 times the service charge for the affected item.
7. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full upon delivery or online before delivery. We accept cash, UPI, and online transfers.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup. A nominal charge may apply for last-minute cancellations.
9. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse service for heavily soiled, infested, or hazardous items.
10. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
